Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role located in Chandigarh. The Counselor will be responsible for conducting one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs, recommending suitable solutions and products, and delivering tailored advice. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, providing support and follow-up, and staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in skincare. The role also involves building positive client relationships and effectively communicating Gleuhr's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide personalized client counseling and establish trust.
• Knowledge of skincare solutions, products, and treatments, with a focus on tailored recommendations.
• Ability to conduct client assessments, maintain records, and provide thorough follow-up support.
• Proficiency in staying updated on industry trends and scientific advancements in skincare.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and understanding individual client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience or interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
