This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, located in Bamako. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Proficiency in providing individual and group counseling
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
Knowledge of ethical standards and regulations in counseling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Previous experience in a counseling role is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
