The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering individual or group counseling sessions. The Counselor will also maintain detailed records of client progress and collaborate with other professionals when necessary. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans Proficiency in providing individual and group counseling Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records Knowledge of ethical standards and regulations in counseling Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Previous experience in a counseling role is preferred Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
