Role: Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students, professionals, and parents to understand their career goals.

• Guide candidates on course offerings, live project training, and career opportunities.

• Maintain records of enquiries, leads, and conversions.

• Support the admissions process from first interaction to enrolment.

• Collaborate with the training & marketing teams to improve student experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate (Any Stream)

• Freshers are welcome; experience in counselling, sales, or education is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Confident, approachable, and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work full-time from our Gurgaon office.
