Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them with educational and career planning, offering advice on academic programs, and supporting their personal development. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, maintaining records, conducting workshops, and coordinating with faculty and staff to address student needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in educational counseling and student support
• Skills in academic advising, career planning, and personal development
• Ability to conduct workshops and group sessions
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Experience in higher education settings is a plus
