The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor and advisor, helping candidates choose the right learning paths, certifications, and skill development opportunities in the networking and cybersecurity domains.You will play a key role in counselling students, professionals, and partners about Cisco programs, certification pathways, and industry trends while supporting them through their learning journey.*Key Responsibilities:**Should have expertise in counselling for CCNA, CCNP, CCIE courses* Provide career and academic counselling focused on networking, Cisco certifications, and IT infrastructure programs.* Assess client goals and recommend suitable courses or career paths in networking solutions.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and related certifications.* Guide clients on network design, implementation, and cybersecurity fundamentals.* Assist in enrolment processes, program selection, and progress tracking.* Conduct online counselling sessions and webinars for students and professionals.* Maintain client records and ensure high-quality engagement and satisfaction.
