The ideal candidate will handle student counselling, guide them about our IT courses, and also manage inbound and outbound calls. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Counsel students and parents about available IT courses and training programs. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospects. * Explain course details, admission procedures, and career opportunities to students. * Maintain and update student databases, inquiries, and follow-ups. * Meet admission/enrollment targets set by management. * Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling demo classes and counselling sessions. * Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Graduate in any stream (Freshers can apply). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and handle student queries confidently. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM entry). * Self-motivated and target-oriented personality. ### **Salary & Benefits:** * Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month. * Incentives based on performance and admissions. * Training support will be provided. * Growth opportunities in counselling and academic management. ### **How to Apply** Email your resume to: **[kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com](mailto:kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com)**
