Job Description Counsellor cum Coordinator Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University He/she should have good communication skills, coordinating ability and must perform effective job-related activities. He/she should have 5-10 years’ experience in coordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities related to the profile and knowledge of general administration in the relevant field. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts. Duties & Responsibilities First line of contact for all incoming communications to the admissions office. Required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means about admission/ programmes queries. Working closely with admission department across the University and will be liaising with schools, Required to coordinate/attend/represent/participate at the various admission events for promotion of the programmes and admission process at the School/University. Brief the students and their parents/guardians with the relevant programme information/details of the University. Monitor the responses and provide data to generate leads. MIS and making reports, Maintain records & database for future reference and digital marketing. Support the Admissions department in various office work and coordinating for conduct of personal interview etc. Day to day coordination with faculty and students for: lecture cancellation, rescheduling and arrangement of extra sessions, Grievances complete coordination of projects, guidelines for submissions, data entry, guides etc. circulation of case studies/ assignment etc given by visiting faculty monitoring deadlines of various projects, assignments etc. various guest sessions, CEO series, workshops etc Trimester/Semester wise teaching plan, coordination of selection of electives and elimination of overlapping, Visiting Faculty Data, Faculty Allocation, mass scale feedback form exercise till handing over reports to concerned faculty and Area Chairpersons Mentor allotment, Preparation of Time-table, Roll call, Faculty Signature Sheet, various reports and statistics Sending invitation letters and calculation of Honorarium to be paid to visiting faculty Assist Programme/Centre in-charge in smooth running of the programme Typing of notices, Taking minutes of meeting & Maintaining official documents Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the University.
