1. Counsellor – UK & USA

Location: Surat

Experience: 1–3 years in overseas education counselling preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with application, documentation, and visa processes for UK and USA universities

• Provide expert career guidance aligned with global education pathways

• Coordinate with universities and education partners for timely updates

• Conduct webinars, in-office sessions, and school/college outreach activities

• Maintain CRM entries and follow up with leads professionally

2. Team Lead (UK, USA, Europe, etc.)

Location: Surat

Experience: 4–8 years in international education consulting or leadership roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage counselling for multiple destination countries

• Mentor and supervise counsellors and application officers

• Build strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions

• Plan and execute team targets and process improvements

• Represent the organization at global education fairs and events

• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold service quality standards
