Counsellor and Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining the team at OnTrack Education / Planet Education as a Counsellor for UK & USA or as a Team Lead for destinations like UK, USA, Europe, etc. Your role will involve guiding students, managing university networks, and ensuring success stories. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students with application, documentation, and visa processes for UK and USA universities - Provide expert career guidance aligned with global education pathways - Coordinate with universities and education partners for timely updates - Conduct webinars, in-office sessions, and school/college outreach activities - Maintain CRM entries and follow up with leads professionally For Team Lead position: - Lead and manage counselling for multiple destination countries - Mentor and supervise counsellors and application officers - Build strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions - Plan and execute team targets and process improvements - Represent the organization at global education fairs and events - Ensure client satisfaction and uphold service quality standards Qualification Required: - For Counsellor position: Minimum 13 years of experience in overseas education counselling preferred - For Team Lead position: Minimum 48 years of experience in international education consulting or leadership roles Why Join Us: Join a mission-driven team shaping global careers with high-performing, collaborative work culture.
