Counsellor and Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining OnTrack Education / Planet Education as a Counsellor for UK & USA or as a Team Lead for UK, USA, Europe, etc. You will have the opportunity to guide students through the application, documentation, and visa processes for universities in the UK and USA, provide expert career guidance, coordinate with universities and partners, conduct various outreach activities, and maintain CRM entries. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing counselling for multiple destination countries, mentoring and supervising counsellors, building partnerships with international institutions, setting team targets, representing the organization at global events, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students with application, documentation, and visa processes for UK and USA universities - Provide expert career guidance aligned with global education pathways - Coordinate with universities and education partners for timely updates - Conduct webinars, in-office sessions, and school/college outreach activities - Maintain CRM entries and follow up with leads professionally Qualifications Required for Counsellor Position: - 13 years of experience in overseas education counselling preferred Key Responsibilities for Team Lead Position: - Lead and manage counselling for multiple destination countries - Mentor and supervise counsellors and application officers - Build strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions - Plan and execute team targets and process improvements - Represent the organization at global education fairs and events - Ensure client satisfaction and uphold service quality standards Why Join Us: Join a mission-driven team shaping global careers with a collaborative work culture, clear growth pathways, leadership opportunities, regular training, international networking, and industry exposure.
