Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cotting Supervisor, based in Rajkot. The Cotting Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to coating processes, ensuring precision and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, supervising team members, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The role requires liaising with other departments and reporting on performance metrics to achieve productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with coating techniques, stainless steel processes, and quality management standards
• Proficiency in supervision, team coordination, and resource management
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance within the manufacturing industry
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to leadership
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline is preferred
• Previous experience in the stainless steel manufacturing or heavy machinery industry is an advantage
