Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop precise cost estimates by analyzing technical drawings and project requirements.

✅ Assess material, labor, overhead, and process-related costs.

✅ Interpret technical drawings to identify cost-impacting elements.

✅ Work closely with the design and engineering teams for drawing clarifications.

✅ Calculate job work timings and associated costs for all required processes.

✅ Ensure processes align with project specifications and budget constraints.

✅ Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for materials and services.

✅ Negotiate terms to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality.

✅ Create detailed reports with cost breakdowns and insights for stakeholders.

✅ Maintain documentation for costing data, assumptions, and justifications.

✅ Implement and propose cost-effective solutions in the costing process.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma In Mechanical Engg

Experience: 5 Yrs in Tool Room activities

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of costing methodologies, job work processes, and production workflows.
