Costing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)
Roles & Responsibilities
Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing.
Establish production planning strategies, techniques, and methods that may improve operational efficiency.
Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
Enact process flow control procedures to minimize manufacturing costs.
Establish standards for production and quality control of products.
To Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient tooling methods for process improvement.
Formulate sampling procedures and design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data

4 + years experience in Costing department in Engineering Industry
