Costing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)

As a Mechanical Engineer with 13 years of experience, you will be joining our technical team as a Costing Engineer in the automotive sector. Your role will involve supporting New Product Development processes, analyzing technical drawings for rubber and plastic parts, creating cost estimations and quotations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth product launch and cost optimization. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and analyzing technical drawings for automotive rubber and plastic parts, supporting New Product Development (NPD) processes from concept to quote, creating cost estimations and quotations based on design, material, and manufacturing feasibility, and collaborating with design, R&D, and production teams for product launch and cost optimization. To be successful in this role, you should have 13 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, product development, or technical sales support. Proficiency in reading automotive component drawings and CAD files is essential, along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
