Qualifications

Proficiency in cost estimation, cost analysis, and budgeting
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling
Experience reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
Analytical and problem-solving skills paired with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems, CAD, and costing software
Experience in the foundry or castings industry is an advantage
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
