Should have experience in Assembly, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Lean manufacturing, Cost calculation, etc. 2. Technical BOM preparation, Multi-level BOM. 3. Routing allocation to the BOM as per manufacturing process sequence/ flow. 4. Cost calculation in ERP system - import BOM to costing module. 5. Cost calculation of every enquiry 6. Check prices of products in ERP system for update; coordinate with purchase dept if needed 7. Calculation of cycle time, optimization, assembly line balancing, idle time reduction, ergonomic study, etc. 8. Hands on experience to read and understand 3D / 2D drawing in inventor & meridian (PDM) and able to pull out description, quantity for BOM. 9. Should understand assembly level, component level, finished and raw level drawing and able to create different level of manufacturing process. 10. Products code creation in ERP system. 11. Knowledge of work centers, its general consumptions like electricity, coolant, tools, etc. 12. Amortization of work centers/ machines & shift rate calculations for it. Expertise in MS Excel, basic familiarity with ERP. Should be able to read, understand drawings & should determine process flow accordingly. Excellent English communication Should have system knowledge information, material, etc. flows from RFQ to Delivery to customer. (Basic flows in industry) Positive attitude is a must Knowledge of QMS (Added advantage).
