We have an urgent opening for Sanovi Kyndryl Admin with our Banking Infotech Sector client - Chennai Location Candidates having similar experience mail your resume at unihr06@gmail.com Experience: 3 to 8 Years Job Location: Chennai Job Description: Administration of Kyndryl RO tool : • Monitoring of Sanovi(Kyndryl RO) Infrastructure (Site controllers, agents etc) • Daily Health check-up / housekeeping • Configuration & Support to integrate application & databases in SANOVI (Kyndryl RO) tool • Raising & Tracking CRFs related to RO setup • Workflow creation for application/database • Planning, setup, rollout, testing and maintenance of the IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans • Execution of DR drill through Sanovi(Kyndryl RO) • Generate / Prepare Reports • Co-ordination with other stake holders i.e. Application owners,ITD, Server team, Security team, Network team, DBA team and OEM vendors • Sanovi(Kyndryl RO) patching • Closure of VAPT observations • Inventory/License Management (Maintaining the critical asset list of IT servers, applications, databases and also maintaining the utilisation of RO licenses) • Change management, incident management, problem management • Documentation, SOPs, POAs, Audit compliance • Work with the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Governance Group and project stakeholders on a continual basis to test BCP of core IT systems and services Job Responsibilities : Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support tickets. Ability to work in a Team & Take ownership of tasks. Good Verbal & Written communication skllls.
