Job Description

We have an opening for Regional Head India South & SAARC in the API Pharma Manufacturing industry, based in Mumbai. Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing marketing/BD/sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for the APIs & Intermediates in the assigned region • Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers and developing relationships with key stakeholders such as business partners/agents. regulators, and customers • Hands-on experience in leading and nurturing a team for growing India South & SAARC market for APIs and Intermediates with a quantum leap • Expertise in Market and Target-customers mapping for the company's products with primary and secondary market intelligence sources • Having a relevant network and personal rapport with the decision makers and influencers in API and FDF Pharma companies • Willingness to extensively travel and passionate to meet customers for increasing the companys wallet share of products and business development for new products • High-performance and growth mind set for achieving the targeted market share of companys products for a profitable and sustainable growth • Effectively controlling the Accounts Receivable, legally executed CDAs and Customer/Agency agreements and adhering to the statutory/regulatory compliance norms with a high work ethic • To ensure customer satisfaction by proactively providing all the support with a customer-centric approach • Ability to prioritize marketing efforts and for effectively coordinating with Functional Heads and others across the organization Prerequisites: • MBA with Bachelors degree in Pharma/Chemistry/Science and with three to seven years of Marketing, BD and Sale experience across Pan-India and SAARC/Asia-Pacific • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills with business acumen • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Proficiency in Regulatory requirements and exposure to IPR Preferred Attributes: • Working knowledge of CRM platforms • Exposure to International Pharma Business or any region like MENA/Asia-Pacific • Familiarity with market intelligence platforms and market research techniques
