Primary Skills Microsoft Power BI automotive dashboard Secondary skills Power BI gateways ETL SQL scripting BI Dashboard Builder Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their root needs and deliver insightful and actionable reports and dashboards If you have a passion for root visualization and analytics and a knack for translating complex root into clear actionable insights we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Power BI Development Design develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements Create interactive and visually appealing root visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends Develop custom visuals and complex calculations using DAX Data Analysis Expressions Data Modelling and Transformation Build and optimize root models to support the development of reports and dashboards Utilize Power Query M to extract transform and load ETL root from various sources into Power BI Ensure root accuracy and integrity through robust validation and testing processes Collaboration and Requirement Gathering Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications Collaborate with root analysts root engineers and IT teams to integrate root from multiple sources and ensure root consistency Performance Optimization Monitor and improve the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards Implement best practices for root modelling report design and performance tuning to ensure efficient and scalable solutions Documentation and Training Create and maintain documentation for root models report development and Power BI solutions Provide training and support to endusers on how to use Power BI tools and interpret the root insights provided Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest features and updates in Power BI and other Microsoft BI tools Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of business intelligence solutions Technical Skills Power BI Expertise Proficient in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI Strong knowledge of Power BI service and Power BI Desktop including Power Query and DAX Experience with Power BI gateways and connecting Power BI to various root sources SQL Server Excel SharePoint etc Data Analysis and Visualization Expertise in root visualization best practices and the ability to translate root into meaningful insights Strong skills in creating interactive and userfriendly dashboards that tell a compelling root story Data Modelling and ETL Proficiency in root modelling techniques and tools including star and snowflake schemas Experience with ETL processes using Power Query M or other ETL tools SSIS Informatica etc Database and Querying Solid understanding of relational rootbases and SQL for root extraction and manipulation Experience with rootbase technologies such as SQL Server Azure SQL and cloudbased root services Scripting and Automation Familiarity with scripting languages eg Python R for root analysis and automation is a plus Experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate or Azure Data Factory is advantageous Qualifications Education bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Data Science or a related field Advanced degree preferred Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role involving root analysis and visualization Demonstrated experience in developing complex Power BI reports and dashboards Certifications Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate or similar are highly desirable Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
