Job Description

As an experienced Cost Management Consultant with over 10 years of experience in overseeing large building projects for various sectors such as Commercial, Hospital, Retail, Residential, and Hotel, you are expected to have the following profile and experience requirements: - Proficiency in Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Benchmarking - Expertise in Contracts Management, Conditions of Contract, and FIDIC guidelines - Ability to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct Rate Analysis - Skilled in Tender and Contract Documentation - In-depth knowledge of various vendors in the industry - Experience in Commercial and Post-contract management of diverse projects - Proven track record in Stakeholder management - Excellent communication and analytical skills In addition to the practical experience, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture - Candidates with NICMAR and MRICS certifications will have an added advantage.
