Job Description

The candidate should have;

  • 12 years of experience in large projects and should have worked in

    major Cost Consulting firms for minimum of 5 years (mandatory)

    .
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge in costing and vendors data.
  • Acted as project lead with the team of assistant cost managers / quantity surveyors.
  • Proficient with latest software / tools for the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying.

Precontract experience in;

  • Budgeting/Cost Planning
  • BOQ Preparation
  • Costing
  • Tender documentation including preparation of conditions of contract using FIDIC forms etc.
  • Tender negotiation and finalisation
  • LOA preparation and Contract documentation

Postcontract experience in;

  • Projet Cost Monitoring & Reporting
  • Cash Flow management
  • Variation and Claims Management
  • Interim and Final payment certifications

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Preference for MRICS candidates
