Mandatory Skills

  • Strong should costing expertise in Sheet Metal, Casting, Machining, and Plastic components.
  • Hands-on experience in building and customizing aPriori Virtual Production Environment (VPE).
  • Knowledge of Cost Modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel Macros for cost model automation and customization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform should costing analysis for new and existing Sheet Metal, Casting, Machining, and Plastic components.
  • Build, modify, and optimize cost models for various manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain customized Excel-based cost models using macros.
  • Support sourcing, design, and engineering teams with cost insights for VAVE and supplier negotiations.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives by providing actionable recommendations.
