Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in cost control and management within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights on cost trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with cost control policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate better prices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on cost control procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems with excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
