Costing & Budgeting: Spearheaded the preparation and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment  

with business objectives and providing cost-effective strategies for resource allocation and capital expenditure  

planning.  

Cost Control & Reduction: Led in-depth analysis of manufacturing processes to identify key cost drivers,  

resulting in cost reduction and improved operational profitability.  

Variance Analysis: Conducted detailed variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted costs, identifying  

discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to improve financial performance.  

Process Optimization: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows, resulting in  

reduced overheads, minimized waste, and decrease in operational downtime.  

Standard Costing Implementation: Developed and maintained standard costing models for raw materials,  

labor, and overheads, ensuring consistent cost performance and budget adherence across all manufacturing  

units.  

Financial Reporting: Produced accurate and timely financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Cost

Sheets, and Balance Sheets, providing senior management with insights to drive strategic decision-making.  

Inventory Management: Monitored and optimized inventory turnover, ensuring minimal excess stock while  

maximizing stock valuation methods to improve cash flow.  

Internal Control & Compliance: Ensured full compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting
