Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales and Customer Acquisition Achieve sales targets through onboarding new customers and maximizing sales revenue. Prepare the market report, generate list of potential new customers and conduct cold calls. Sales Support and Documentation Update sales calls and leads in the sales module regularly Prepare and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the region and for pre & post-shipping, obtain approval from the Sales Manager for smooth business transitions. Submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to CRM Sales. Customer Relationship Management Maintain a daily enquiry log with accurate and detailed feedback. Develop strong business relationships with customers and internal departments. Handle customer service responsibilities and escalations to Sales Manager /BM as needed Marketing and Collaboration Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales and customers Develops sales material/presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and fulfilment of customer requests. Administrative Support Coordinate and document video conference calls for the sales team. Prepare minutes of sales meetings accurately Preparation of exhibition list and related work Preferred candidate profile Level of Education Graduate in any stream Experience 03 to 08 years of relevant experience 1. UNIQUE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (Special technical skills & knowledge needed for the satisfactory performance of the job) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling and negotiations Analytical abilities to generate sales data and generate reports Problem-solving skills to address customer service issues and escalations.
