Correspondent

As a Correspondence Executive based in Jodhpur, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently, draft official documents, and facilitate seamless communication between various departments and external parties. You will play a crucial role in maintaining communication records, handling and drafting correspondence including letters, emails, and memos, as well as responding to inquiries in a timely manner. It is imperative that you maintain confidentiality and strictly adhere to company policies at all times. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field. Prior experience in a correspondence or administrative role will be advantageous. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time and permanent position, suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The work schedule is during the day shift, specifically the morning shift. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions.
