Corporate workplace design head

You will be a crucial part of the leadership team, collaborating closely with the Business head, senior designers, and project managers to ensure successful project and studio deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing designs for corporate interior projects - Leading client presentations and pitches in the region - Collaboratively managing the studio alongside the business head - Supporting business development efforts - Overseeing key client projects in collaboration with the Business development and Client Solutions teams - Implementing effective training programs for the design team - Mentoring the design team and fostering a culture of design excellence Qualifications Required: - Leadership experience in managing a team or studio in the field of Interior Design or Interior-Architecture - Experience in client-facing roles, managing clients, and handling pitches and design presentations - Excellent design management and presentation skills - Relevant experience in Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects - Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop projects from concept to execution - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile - Multi-tasking ability with strong time management and organizational skills - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture - Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop Please note that you are expected to align with the company's core values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
