As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the Business head, senior designers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the studio. Your responsibilities will include developing designs for corporate interior projects, leading client presentations and pitches in the region, and actively managing the studio alongside the business head. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts, managing pitches and design presentations, as well as overseeing key client projects in collaboration with the Business development and Client Solutions teams. As part of the design leadership team, you will be instrumental in implementing effective training programmes, mentoring, and motivating the design team to achieve outstanding performance and design excellence. The ideal candidate for this role is an Interior Design or Interior-Architecture professional with prior leadership experience in team or studio management. You should possess a strong background in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of managing clients, handling pitches, and delivering design presentations. Your skill set should include excellent design management and presentation abilities, particularly in the realm of Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects. A keen eye for design, coupled with the technical proficiency to take a project from concept to execution, is essential. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond is highly valued. Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role. Holding a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required, along with proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
