Ltd. is seeking dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainers for a 15-day freelance opportunity to conduct Pre-Placement Training for engineering students. The training program includes both Soft Skills and Technical Skills modules aimed at preparing students for campus placements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sessions on communication, resume building, group discussions, and interview techniques. Teach core technical concepts relevant to students' academic backgrounds. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure high levels of participation and learning outcomes. Requirements: Prior experience in corporate or campus training. Strong command over soft skills and technical subjects. Excellent presentation and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and inspire students.
