DevOps/SRE Technical Trainer

Are you passionate about DevOps, automation, and cloud-native technologies and love empowering others through hands-on learning? We’re looking for a dynamic DevOps/SRE expert who can kick off their journey by leading a technical training bootcamp and then transition into high-impact client projects across cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and site reliability.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a structured, hands-on training curriculum covering: o Linux, Bash & Python scripting o Git and version control workflows o Cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure) o CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) o Docker & Kubernetes (core concepts to deployments) o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) o Observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) o Incident response, DevSecOps, and blameless post-mortems • Facilitate interactive sessions, tool walkthroughs, labs, and real-world simulations. • Work closely with engineering teams to align training outcomes with delivery goals. • Post-training, contribute directly to client projects as a DevOps/SRE consultant.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, with strong hands-on expertise. • Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python) and working across major cloud platforms. • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, K8s). • Solid knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and observability tooling. • Prior experience conducting training or mentoring engineers is a big plus. • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to simplify complex concepts
