Your expertise in corporate training delivery on Cisco, Forcepoint, and Netskope solutions will be crucial. Additionally, possessing certifications in cyber security products from Inflow Technologies vendor list will be highly desirable. Your effective communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills will contribute to your success in this role. Collaboration and multitasking abilities are essential for seamless team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom training and technical hands-on workshops. - Collaborate with the sales team to design curriculums based on training needs. - Develop presentations and training materials. - Provide support and mentorship to new employee trainers. - Obtain technology vendor certifications as required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of work experience with ICT distribution, System Integration companies, or Training institutes. - Flair for conducting trainings. - Corporate training delivery skills on Cisco, Forcepoint, Netskope solutions. - Expertise or certification in cyber security products from Inflow Technologies vendor list (desirable). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-orientation and problem-solving skills. - Multi-tasking and team collaboration abilities.
