We are hiring for Corporate Team Leader!

Location Chennai:

Experience: 4 - 10 yrs

• Responsible for managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives through supervising daily operations, coaching employees, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies.

Key duties include setting performance targets, resolving escalated customer issues, conducting training, and reporting on team progress to senior management.

• The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, often with prior experience in the insurance or a related field or BPO Experience

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of insurance professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction, productivity) and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure the team adheres to schedules and processes.
• Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Reporting and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, and prepare and present regular reports to management.
• Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate from Recognized insititution.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in performance management, coaching, and mentoring
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices is often required
