About the Role

The Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue by building and managing relationships with corporate clients across a defined geography. The role involves

new business development, account management, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration

to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Channel Development

  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of partners, affiliates, and agencies to drive account acquisition
  • Develop revenue-generating partnerships across the assigned region
  • Own and grow relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new markets (including Tier 2 cities) to meet regional business targets

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Build, track, and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Drive achievement of regional sales targets across partners, corporates, commercial buildings, and malls
  • Monitor daily performance through input-driven KPIs
  • Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support execution of promotions and BTL activities to drive customer acquisition across segments

Customer & Account Management

  • Understand customer needs and clearly articulate problem statements to propose the right solutions
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with key decision makers (KDMs) to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of corporate sales experience with an MBA from a premier B-school, OR
  • 4–6 years of corporate sales experience with a regular MBA
  • Strong problem-solving ability with excellent organizational skills
  • Proven track record of owning targets and scaling revenue
  • Ability to measure, track, and analyze KPIs and ROI
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment while leading local initiatives
  • Engineering background preferred
