Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's IT services and consulting offerings in the BFSI sector.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other materials that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and improve performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex technology solutions to large corporations.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including banking, finance, insurance, etc.
