Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling of IT services.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to identify business needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, delivery managers, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies (e.g., cloud computing), and best practices for delivering high-quality solutions.
