Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate clients, event planners, and tour operators. Maintain relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Event & Group Booking Coordination Respond to inquiries related to group dining, private events, and special occasions. Work with internal teams (kitchen, service, operations) to ensure flawless execution of events. Coordinate with marketing to promote events and specials. Marketing & Promotions Collaborate with marketing to design promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns. Represent the restaurant at trade shows, networking events, and community activities. Customer Relationship Management Maintain a client database and manage customer follow-up. Collect feedback to improve service and client satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
