As an intern at Giftcarnation, your role involves researching and identifying potential clients such as HR teams, marketing departments, and events. You will reach out to these contacts via email or phone to introduce Giftcarnation's corporate gifting solutions. Understanding client requirements and proposing tailored gift hamper ideas that align with their needs and budget is crucial. Additionally, you will coordinate internally with design, packaging, and logistics teams to prepare quotes, samples, and deliverables. Following up persistently and professionally to move discussions towards closed orders is also part of your responsibilities. Keeping records of outreach, responses, quotes sent, and deals closed will help build a strong sales funnel. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to learn about gifting trends, client behaviors, and effective sales tactics in real-world scenarios.
