As a Sales Representative/Head at Open Secret, a leading provider of high-quality gifting products, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and institutions. Your responsibilities will include promoting our products, driving sales growth in the institutional and corporate gifting segment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your main objectives will revolve around building a robust client base, meeting sales targets through effective prospecting, and engaging in consultative selling practices. Understanding the clients" gifting requirements, budget constraints, and branding guidelines will be essential to offer customized solutions that align with their needs. Key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential institutional and corporate clients, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing departments, and presenting Open Secret's product range effectively to showcase their unique features and benefits. You will also be responsible for preparing compelling sales proposals, collaborating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and staying updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Gifting Sales or B2B Sales. A strong understanding of the institutional and corporate gifting market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences, is crucial for success. Additionally, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service will be essential in contributing to the overall company growth. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM software will also be a part of your responsibilities.
