Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Corporate & B2B Sales

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, enterprises, agencies, and large sellers for the Listing Bot solution.
  • Drive B2B sales for AI-powered listing automation across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong corporate client pipeline from lead generation to closure.

2. Product Pitching & Demos

  • Present and demonstrate Listing Bot features (AI listing creation, bulk uploads, SEO optimization, compliance checks).
  • Clearly explain business value, ROI, and automation benefits to CXOs, founders, category heads, and operations teams.
  • Customize pitches based on industry, category, and client scale.

3. Deal Closure & Revenue Growth

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and enterprise plans.
  • Close monthly / quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell premium features, integrations, and add-ons.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients post-onboarding.
  • Coordinate with product, tech, and support teams for smooth implementation.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning in AI automation / SaaS space.
  • Provide insights to management for product improvements and pricing strategy.
  • Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.

6. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
  • Share weekly/monthly insights with leadership.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 14 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales.
  • Experience selling software, automation tools, AI products, or enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with CXOs, founders, and senior managers.
  • Good understanding of:
    • SaaS sales cycle
    • Subscription-based pricing models
    • E-commerce listing & catalog operations (preferred)
  • Result-oriented with a hunter mindset for new business acquisition.

Technical & Business Understanding

  • Basic understanding of AI, automation, and digital products (no coding required).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, and sales dashboards.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain a tech-driven product.

Personal Traits

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-growing startup environments.

Good to Have (Bonus)

  • Experience selling to large sellers, aggregators, D2C brands, or agencies.
  • Prior experience in enterprise onboarding or account management.
  • Knowledge of cataloging, SEO, and marketplace compliance.
