Job Overview We are looking for a confident and skilled Female Tele caller to pitch our software product to clients, explain features clearly, and collect their responses/requirements. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, so strong communication and listening skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Call potential customers and explain the software product in simple, clear language. Deliver professional sales pitches and highlight key benefits. Collect client responses, requirements, and feedback accurately. Maintain call reports, CRM updates, and follow-up details. Forward qualified leads to the sales team or schedule demos. Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets. Required Skills (Strongly Mandatory) These skills are required for selection: ⭐ Excellent verbal communication – clear, confident & professional. ⭐ Active listening skills – understand client needs with patience. ⭐ Proficiency in relevant languages (Hindi required, English preferred). ⭐ Strong customer service abilities – polite, helpful, and solution-focused. ⭐ Strong persuasion & convincing skills – ability to handle objections.
