Job Description

MT Educare, popularly known as Mahesh Tutorials, is a leading education institute with over 30+ years of excellence in coaching. It offers quality academic training across various streams through experienced faculty and innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee class schedules, student services, admissions, fee collections, and overall center administration.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality educational delivery and smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with instructors to maintain teaching standards, monitor student progress, and address learning challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular feedback, progress updates, and counseling.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote programs and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports, plan academic events, and share insights with regional and senior management for continuous improvement.
Openings are at the following centers.
  • Central Line - Ambernath, Kalyan, Dombivali, Thane & Matunga.
  • Western Line - Andheri, Borivali, Kandivali & Malad.
  • Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.

Shift Timings

  • Morning Shift: 7-4 PM.
  • Afternoon Shift: 12-9 PM.
