Corporate Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Ricago, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our technology platform in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space. Your responsibilities will include target research & lead generation, sales outreach, sales support, operations & reporting, and additional tasks as required. You will be responsible for researching target segments, profiling potential prospects, and generating leads to expand our client base. This will involve contacting leads through cold calling, scheduling demos, and conducting first-level demos to showcase the value of our solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with partners to provide sales support and ensure smooth coordination. Your role will also involve updating the lead database, tracking metrics, and generating reports to monitor the success of our sales efforts. As part of the Sales team, you will be expected to provide general support and contribute to achieving the team's targets. You should be prepared to take on any other tasks assigned to support the overall sales objectives of the organization.
