About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Meet prospective clients, introduce company offerings, present solutions, and negotiate deals through to closure. 2. Drive product/service sales in assigned regions or industry verticals and meet revenue targets. 3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. 4. Generate leads via cold calling, client visits, networking, and social media. 5. Set up client meetings and effectively address their needs and concerns. 6. Engage in software sales, IT sales, ERP sales, solution sales, and related functions. 7. Track and analyze sales productivity and outcomes consistently. Requirements: 1. Fresher or 1 year of experience. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication. 3. Fluent in English. 4. Fast learner who can adapt to change. 5. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. 6. Knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint is a must. 7. Prompt with quick turnaround capability. 8. Ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
