Corporate Referral Program Manager

Role Overview: You are expected to have 4-15 years of experience in various corporate functions within a major IT/ITES organization. Your responsibilities will include Architecting scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-Azure cloud infra, defining Cloud Road Map, Security Management, approach & architecture, leading inside sales strategy development, managing workforce planning, conceptualizing skill development programs, supporting IT ops, strategic workforce planning, financial and operational reporting, and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-Azure cloud infrastructure. - Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS/Azure infra and services to ensure efficient resource utilization. - Define Cloud Road Map, Security Management, approach & architecture. - Lead inside sales strategy development to drive revenue growth. - Manage workforce planning and serve as a subject matter expert on trends and insights. - Conceptualize skill development programs for employees at various levels and locations. - Support IT ops including incident monitoring, response, and follow-ups. - Engage in strategic workforce planning, revenue planning, and forecasting. - Analyze and solve business challenges through financial and operational reporting. Qualifications Required: - Must have 4-15 years of experience in corporate functions within a major IT/ITES organization. - Bachelor Equivalent and PG Diploma in Management. - Proficiency in Communication, Capability Building / Thought Leadership, EXCEL, Accounting, SAP. - Demonstrated cultural sensitivity.
