As an ideal candidate for the position, you will have 4-15 years of experience in corporate functions within a major IT/ITES organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Cloud Ops:** - Architecting scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-Azure cloud infra. - Monitoring and optimizing the performance of AWS/Azure infra and services for efficient resource utilization. - **Cloud Architect:** - Defining Cloud Road Map, Security Management, approach & architecture. - Examining cloud apps and software regularly. - Creating and managing cloud-based systems. - Designing & implementing Axtria cloud privacy in collaboration with IT security. - **Sales and Marketing:** - Developing and executing the inside sales strategy for revenue growth across US and EU markets. - Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high performing inside sales team. - **WFM:** - Having 12+ years of WFM experience with 7+ years in a supervisory role / Project Management. - Serving as a subject matter expert on trends and insights for effective workforce planning. - **L&D lead:** - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create skill development programs for employees at different levels and locations. - **IT Support:** - Handling service requests and incidents related to IT ops (Axtria Now). - Performing daily health checks, incident monitoring, incident reports and management, incident response, and follow-ups. - Managing laptop imaging, AD attribute updating, DL Management, O365 Management, and Zoho remote management. - **HRBP:** - Assisting in strategic planning such as reskilling, upskilling, strategic workforce planning, and succession planning. - Leading regional activities and engagements. - **FP&A:** - Having 4-7 years of experience in financial and operational reporting, revenue planning, and forecasting in an ITeS or consulting company. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to possess strong behavioural competencies such as customer focus, problem-solving, learning agility, and a drive for results. Your technical competencies should include communication skills, capability building/thought leadership, proficiency in Excel, accounting, SAP, and cultural sensitivity. You should hold a Bachelor Equivalent degree along with a PG Diploma in Management to qualify for this role.,
