Role Description

The Corporate Receptionist at Winntus Formwork Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for managing front desk operations and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and handling clerical tasks such as maintaining records and correspondence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk and greeting visitors
• Experience in performing Clerical Skills, such as managing records, scheduling, and correspondence
• Outstanding Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
• Friendly and professional demeanor with time-management skills
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred
• Proficiency in using office software and equipment is a plus
