Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Winntus Formwork Pvt. Ltd., located in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies. The role also requires effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills and Customer Service experience
• Effective Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
