Sri Lakshmi Group of Hospitals – KR Puram Branch is hiring a Corporate Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our corporate outreach and institutional marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in the hospital or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate organizations, industries, and insurance partners for empanelment and healthcare tie-ups.
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to drive corporate health check-ups, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strategize and execute marketing plans targeting corporate clients to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Organize health talks, camps, and wellness events in corporate offices and industrial hubs.
• Coordinate with HR departments and decision-makers for corporate partnerships and MoUs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI, reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensure alignment of all corporate marketing activities with the hospital’s branding and growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.
• Strong network in the corporate sector (Bangalore region preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage corporate relationships and execute marketing strategies.
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and campaigns.
