We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled and experienced Dialysis Technician to lead our dialysis unit at the KR Puram branch. Role Overview: We are seeking a Dialysis Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a dialysis center or hospital. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the dialysis unit’s daily operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting the medical team. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking up a leadership role as the Dialysis Head for the unit. Key Responsibilities: Perform hemodialysis procedures independently with a focus on patient safety and comfort Supervise and manage the dialysis unit, ensuring adherence to all clinical protocols and standards Prepare dialysis machines and related equipment before each session Monitor and document patient vitals during procedures Ensure proper sanitization and maintenance of dialysis equipment Guide junior technicians and coordinate with nursing and medical staff Maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of supplies and disposables Educate patients on dialysis care and post-treatment guidelines Assist in emergency management during dialysis sessions Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dialysis center or hospital Certified Dialysis Technician course completion is mandatory Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment handling, and infection control practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to handle emergencies and take initiative Willingness to work in KR Puram location Why Join Us?
